At Scalp Series, we uphold a commitment to exceptional service and scheduling integrity. please read our booking policy before making an appointment.

Cancellations/reschedules

Our online booking system requires an automatic deposit of $50, which will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Your deposit will be securely held until your rescheduled appointment, ensuring your spot and respecting our scheduling process. Cancellations or reschedules within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your deposit. You are welcome to send someone else in your place to avoid this.

Due to high demand and waitlists, exceptions cannot be accommodated.

Refunds:

For deposit refunds, a 10% processing fee applies. No fees are charged for rescheduling. Please inform us promptly if you require a refund.

Once a treatment has commenced, refunds cannot be issued.

Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows, tardiness exceeding 15 minutes, or failure to disclose relevant medical conditions.

Running Late:

If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances, we may need to reschedule or adjust your treatment to ensure minimal disruption to our clients' schedules. Please note that the full cost of your originally scheduled treatment will apply, as your treatment time and clinician have been reserved for you.
