  • Pre-care:

    None!

    Post-care:

    • Avoid Touching: Refrain from touching the treated area for at least 4 hours to minimise infection risks.
    • Activities to Avoid: For the next 24 hours, avoid activities that induce sweating such as swimming, strenuous exercise, sauna, and jacuzzi.
    • Washing/Showering: Wait at least 12 hours before washing or showering your scalp.
    • Pressure and Rubbing: Do not apply pressure or rub the treated area excessively.
    • Ice: While ice can reduce swelling, refrain from applying it directly to the injected area unless necessary.
    • Medication: Avoid aspirin, Advil, ibuprofen, Voltaren, and other anti-inflammatory medications for 3 days following your procedure, ideally 7 days if possible. Use paracetamol for any discomfort.
